Introduction to therapy

Service Description

If you're feeling stuck but don't want to commit to therapy or even wonder if you need it, this is an introductory session to dig deep, to look at what's going on in your life and what has gone on in your life. My belief is that our past holds the secrets to moving forward, to becoming 'unstuck'. Shining the light on any blind spots can give you a new perspective, an aha moment and the chance to take yourself and your life events seriously. Are you worth it? well of course you are.
