If you'd like to learn about MY type of art jounaling, please join me for this worshop. It's a guide to how you can 'process' your day, including emotions in an art journal. If you already keep a journal, this may change your way of doing things! I'll demonstrate and let you do your first pages in this way. This can seriously be life changing....

What you will need:

- An art journal - any book with relatively thick paper (really does not have to be expensive at all, very much up to you)

- pencil, coloured pencils

- old magazines or flyers/junk mail

- stickers (only of you have them)

- paint/paintbrush/water

- newspaper if desired

- any decorative paper or giftwrap etc

- anything else you can think of that you like!
